Welcome to our Izzy, one of our Allied Health Assistant's. You may have seen Izzy's smiling face and energetic nature at the clinic, in sessions, in our holiday and term group programs or also helping deliver hydrotherapy sessions. Our AHA's work under the guidance of our Physiotherapy team and are an important part of the team. Izzy is also studying at Sunshine Coast Uni to be a Physiotherapist herself, so is learning lots she can use in the future! We know kids love working with our AHA team and we are grateful for all Izzy brings to the team!

ENVISAGE Families is a free peer program that supports parents and caregivers raising children aged 0-8 with developmental concerns, disabilities, or who are neurodiverse.
Across 5 x sessions of up to 90 minutes each, it covers:
✨What is health and well-being in early child and family
development?
✨Child and family development
✨Parenting is a ‘dance’ led by the children
✨Looking after myself
✨Communicating, Collaborating and Connecting
You don’t need a diagnosis or NDIS plan to join. It is fully funded therefore no cost you.

Introducing Jemma "with a J" our Admin superstar! Jemma has been with us since July last year - so you have likely experienced her kind, gentle but organised nature! She is a whiz on the emails, diary and everything else admin related and does a great job keeping us Physio's on track! Thank you for always being kind to Jemma, who has a busy job on the front desk - she juggles many ball between work and being a Mum also in her home life. Thank you for everything you bring to the team Jemma!

Introducing Physio Gemma "with a G" to the team! Gemma has been with us for almost a year now and brings a dedication to always learning and best supporting families. Gemma is involved in just about everything at the clinic - supporting families 1 to 1, group sessions, holiday programs and hydro. We love that Gemma is always FUN and on top of the latest trends and technology..........like keeping us fresh with the latest water bottle trends!! We know the kids also love Gemma's energy!!

Our Park Run Physiotherapy Group has kicked off for Term 2. TIME FOR STAFF UPDATES!
Introducing Chloe!! Chloe has been with the team for close to 2 years now + a friend of SCDPhysio for many years before that, having worked at QCH in the Rehab team. She is a ray of sunshine in the clinic and an incredibly experienced, fun and engaging Physio. She is a BUSY Mum to 3 boys and Chloe can always bring a funny parenting story or experience to the office! We are lucky to have Chloe as part of our crew and know many families value her also!

Hope you had a great first week back at school!🏃‍♀️ We had a blast running our Active Kids GROUP INTENSIVE program over Easter, with some new faces and families joining in. It was great to see kids giving frame running a try for the first time, with their siblings, family and friends all helping out - we kept the running track at the Uni busy and waved hello to lots of other runners!
Our regular after-school GROUP PROGRAMS are back on from this week! Stay tuned for new videos introducing these programs + give our Admin team a call if you are keen to try out some GROUP Physiotherapy models!
