headspace Miranda headspace is a free youth health service for young people aged 12-25. linktr.ee/headspace.miranda Miranda Station is a 4 minute walk from the centre.

headspace Miranda can help young people aged 12-25 going through a tough time. If you need immediate assistance contact Lifeline on 131114 or Kids Helpline on 1800551800. This page is for info only and can not offer support or emergency assistance. If you ever feel that you:

•are feeling down, stressed or can't stop worrying
•haven't felt like yourself for a long time
•can't deal with school or f

inding it difficult to concentrate
•are feeling sick or worried about your health
•want to cut down on your drinking or drug use
•want to talk about sexuality, identity or relationships
•are having difficulties with friendships
•have sexual health issues or want to find out about contraception
•are being bullied, hurt or harassed
•are worried about work or study or if you're having money trouble

headspace Miranda is a place you can go to talk to someone about any of these issues. If you are 12-25

• You can refer yourself
• You can have a family member or friend refer you (with your consent)
• Your GP can refer you
• Your school, TAFE, University or other service providers can refer you or assist you in making an appointment

How can you get in contact with us?
• Located at 5/522 Kingsway, Miranda, opposite Westfields Miranda. There is limited parking outside the centre, however Westfield Miranda provides 3 hours free parking.

•Disability Access: There is disability access via a ramp. Disability parking is located on Jackson Avenue, which is about a 2 minute walk from our centre. Underground disability parking can be accessed via the first ramp down when turning into the Metro Hotel driveway. Terms of Use:

Today kicked off our Snack and Chat drop-in space with Ostara Australia at headspace Miranda and headspace Hurstville! 🪴☺️💚

Our wonderful team of Work and Study specialists from Ostara will next be at headspace Hurstville on the 30th of August from 12-1:30pm to chat about all things work and study!!

Come by and have a chat, connect with other young people and enjoy some delicious food!!

Our monthly hang-out space for 12-18 year olds at Kirrawee Library has been announced for the rest of the year! 🎉☺💚

Come along to Kirrawee Library on the Last Thursday of every month from 4:30-6pm to meet new people, take a brain break and enjoy fun activities!

Join us this Thursday for the Kirrawee Library Open Day Bonanza with a range of fun activities, crafts and games to choose from!

Come to our monthly drop-in space, facilitated by our wonderful work and study specialists at Ostara! This is a safe and relaxed environment where you can meet other young people who are exploring employment opportunities, build social connections and learn more about available supports!

Empowering Youth to Inspire Change (EYTIC) 2026! 🙌💚

We had such a good time recently with facilitating our headspace EYTIC session with !👏

Empowering Youth to Inspire Change (EYTIC) is a leadership program with a strong skill building focus with students across the Sutherland Shire and St George Region! In our full-day session, we discussed stress management, debating styles, communication strategies and steps to be young leaders.

This week, representatives from headspace Miranda and Hurstville were fortunate enough to head to Brisbane for the 2026 headspace Forum! 🙌💚



Hear from our amazing Youth Reference Group member, Angelique, as she runs you through a day in the life of what we got up to!

We loved this experience and gained some valuable insights into how we can continue supporting the young people we work with! From hearing about different centres and their work, to collaborating on new ideas and projects, we couldn’t have asked for a better time!
