A huge thank you to Bayside High School and SRC Menai High for having us! ☀️

Remember that RUOK should be asked every day, take care of yourself and others👏

Today is RUOK Day 🌼💛

Although RUOK Day happens once a year, it's important to ask it every day.

This RUOK Day, consider those who might not be telling you that they need support. Sometimes it's shown through small actions or withdrawing. We've created a short list to help you consider some of the signs.
