A Low Dose CT scan uses advanced technology to capture detailed cross-sectional images of the body while using significantly less radiation than a standard CT.

You'll lie comfortably on a motorised table that moves slowly through the scanner, while the machine captures images in just a few minutes. Depending on the area being examined, you may be asked to fast beforehand or have a contrast injection to enhance the images.
