There’s a part of us, just like the sky, that can notice the clouds ☁️, the moon 🌒, changes in the weather and other landscape. This part of us is called the ‘observer self’.

If we just observe 👀 with this part in a curious way, we don’t get swept up with the changes in the weather, landscape etc.

The observer self is from a therapy modality called acceptance commitment therapy or ACT.
