Been given the go ahead to return to my gym classes. 6.5 weeks since my total hip replacement. Just goes to show everyone exercise is medicine. Keep thos muscles working !!

Currently about to undergo total hip replacement (THR) thanks to crashing my motorbike on the Clyde mountain 5 years ago. No fracture but my body decided to add quite a bit of reinforcement over the years so off to RPA Thursday then back to work so be patient, I will be back as the bionic woman ! Still taking appointments at home and the leisure centre
