THIS IS YOUR SIGN!
To capture the little moments.
The seconds that feel like sunshine.
The random happy dances.
The tiny sparks that remind you… you’re still in there. ✨
The other day I caught a few little snippets of joy on camera. Nothing extravagant. Nothing curated. Just real, raw pockets of happiness that felt so beautifully human.
And honestly? Looking back at them moved me more than I expected.
Because when you’ve sat through heavy seasons… when you’ve had to navigate triggers, grief, growth, healing, exhaustion, confusion or simply just surviving… seeing even the slightest shift toward the version of yourself you’ve been craving feels monumental.
So document it.
Not for validation.
Not for the algorithm.
Not even to post.
Do it for YOU.
For the future version of yourself who may need reminding that healing doesn’t always arrive loudly. Sometimes it arrives quietly… in softer smiles, deeper breaths, spontaneous dancing in the kitchen, or the ability to feel present again. 🌞
It’s okay to not have it all together.
It’s okay to drop the ball sometimes.
It’s okay to admit you’re not okay.
We say these things so often, but truly allowing ourselves to feel, accept and honour where we’re at… that takes courage.
Be patient with yourself.
Acknowledge your progress, even when it feels small.
And please know this — you are never alone in the good, the bad, or the ugly.
Beautiful, bright, shiny, soul-nourishing days are waiting for you. And until then, keep holding onto the tiny moments of joy when they arrive. They matter more than you know.
