🤕INJURY🤕
Without doubt the number question I get asked about injuries is… ‘why did this happen?’

And often the answer is really really uncertain

As much as every likes to blame poor exercise technique or form it’s just not this simple

In fact I rarely think poor exercise technique is a ‘significant’ factor in many peoples injuries that I see weekly

Mostly its the other factors such as sh*tty programming, lack of good recovery strategies, or that infuriating fact that ‘sh*t just happens’

So instead of focusing on technique in a misguided belief it’s going to magically prevent injuries… take a step back and look at the other factors!

Also recognise that if you participate in sport, train regularly, live an active life and are a human and breathing… you are going to get injured now and then… so accept it and deal with it!

Getting injured is normal, it’s ok, and I also think it’s good to experience set backs to help you appreciate the come backs!
