In TCM there are 5 Shen Organs. Shen meaning Spirit or Consciousness, which is differentiated into 5 types that are associated with the Yin organs.

❤️ Kidney - Zhi
❤️ Spleen - Yi
❤️ Liver - Hun
❤️ Lungs - Po

The Yin-Yang theory is probably the most distinctive and fundamental theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The theory appears to be quite simple, yet its wisdom is foundational when understanding the human body and it's health conditions.

Yin-Yang is about change, interdependence, dynamic balance, and inter-transformation.
