We’re excited to welcome Teena, our new Remedial Massage Therapist & Natural Therapies Practitioner, to the MOMC team!

With 19 years of experience, Teena combines skilled hands with a warm, nurturing approach, tailoring each treatment to your individual needs.

Her special interests include neck and lower back pain, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and relaxation massage. Teena also practises Pranic Healing, bringing an additional approach to supporting wellbeing.

Whether you’re seeking relief from muscular tension or simply some time to relax and reset, Teena is passionate about helping you feel supported, relaxed and cared for. 💚
