Physiotherapy – comprehensive treatment and management of all physical conditions
Clinical Pilates – as part of physical injury management or for fitness/strength/injury prevention

All WorkSafe, TAC injuries treated at no cost
All Medicare (EPC) referrals treated at no cost
Private fees kept as low as possible and claimable on Private Health Insurance (extras)

As the festive season fast approaches, please note that Kinetic Physio & Pilates will be closed over the Christmas/New Year period. We will be closed from Monday the 21st of December to Saturday the 2nd of January, with business as usual resuming from Monday the 4th. Should you need to see us before then, please make a booking as soon as possible via phone or our website.

YES, WE'RE OPEN!
It goes without saying that we value our clients, but we have had people say they didn’t think we would be open in light of the current circumstances. Rest assured, this is *not* the case: Kinetic Physio and Pilates is remaining open for the time being, and we are taking extra precautions regarding COVID-19, hygiene and social distancing. Book in for a physio consult or Pilates session today - it won't be the same without you!

What are your thoughts? 🤔
For years now, foam rollers have been widely sold in practices with the view of clients using them for various reasons including; 🏋️‍♂️ Performance Enhancement
💉 Increase Local Blood Flow
❌ Lengthen Fascia
🤸‍♀️ Stretch Soft Tissue
💆🏻‍♂️ Improve Recovery

From what we know, there is very limited evidence to suggest that this is the case. 📑📊 Evidence has suggest that foam rolling does have some positives, however these are short term effects only and do not last.
