We are all still smiling about the 2026 Allied Health in Schools Conference: Lifting Learning.

From bubbles flying around the room to remind us how hard it can be for students to stay focused, to trying to “cook” maracillin without a recipe, the day was full of those lightbulb moments that make professional learning stick.

We heard powerful school stories, practical strategies and honest conversations about the challenges families are facing, and even a Lionel Messi example that had everyone thinking differently about strengths, talent and what students can achieve when the right supports are around them.

Most of all, it was a day of people connecting, sharing ideas and leaving with something they could take straight back to their schools. Thank you to every presenter, panellist, exhibitor and attendee who helped make the day feel so genuine, useful and energising.
