🌿 A New Name, The Same Personal Care 🌿

I'm excited to share that In Balance Massage and Hypnotherapy is now - In Balance Massage and Lymphatics.

This new name reflects the direction my business has naturally grown, with an increasing focus on Manual Lymphatic Drainage, while I continue to offer Remedial Massage.

Although the name is changing, everything else remains the same—I'm still here providing the personalised, professional care that my clients know and trust.

Over the next few weeks, you'll see my new business name appearing on my website and page. Thank you to everyone who has supported me over the years. I truly appreciate your continued support and look forward to welcoming both new and existing clients under my new name.

Hi everyone 🌿

After a busy stretch behind the scenes, I wanted to reconnect & let you know that I'm available for Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) sessions.

MLD is a very gentle and specialised treatment that supports the body’s lymphatic system.

The lymphatic system plays an important role in reducing swelling, removing waste, and supporting your immune system. When it’s not flowing as well as it could, you may notice things like:

• Fluid retention or swelling (especially in the legs, arms, or face)
• A feeling of heaviness or puffiness
• Sluggishness or fatigue
• Post-surgery swelling
• Sinus congestion, regularly getting sick or just feeling unwell

MLD uses light, rhythmic movements to encourage the natural flow of lymph fluid, helping the body to reduce swelling and feel more balanced.

It’s deeply relaxing and can be particularly beneficial if your body is feeling overloaded or not quite “itself.”
