You don’t need another swing tip..

If you’re over 40, this probably sounds familiar…

One round you shoot lights out.

The next week you feel stiff, slow and like you’ve completely forgotten how to play golf.

Your back tightens up.
Your rotation disappears.
Your drives get shorter.

And by the back 9, you’re just trying to hold your swing together.

That isn’t just “getting older”.

And it isn’t always your golf swing either.

Research looking at over 1,000 amateur golfers found that more than 70% didn’t warm up before playing.

Yet even a short dynamic warm-up has been linked with fewer golf injuries.

And when older golfers actually train their bodies, things can change quickly.

Research has shown that just 8 weeks of strength training can improve clubhead speed and physical function in older golfers.

Think about that.

You’ll spend thousands on clubs.
You’ll spend hours trying to fix your swing.

But the one thing producing every single golf shot you hit?

Your body.

If you’re 40, 50 or 60+, you cannot expect your body to perform like it did 20 years ago if you never train it.

You need strength.
You need mobility.
You need power.
If you want to play your best.

Stop accepting shorter drives, stiff joints and inconsistent golf as “part of getting older”.

89mph to 120mph swing speed..

In less than three months of golf specific training, TJ increased his speed from 89 to 103 mph. This allows TJ to gain a potential 40+ yards of distance if his launch conditions are optimised. Most importantly, TJ achieved these results by committing to workouts that take just 20 minutes. We are now...

Your desk might be costing you more than your back.

It could be costing you productivity too.

One study found that office workers with neck pain lost around 12% of their working time to pain-related productivity loss.

Not because they were taking the day off.

Because they were at work, but they weren’t working at 100%.

And here’s another one.

A randomised trial found that sit-stand desks reduced sitting time by around 66-80 minutes per workday.

That’s more than 6 hours less sitting every week.

But here’s what most people get wrong.

You don’t need to find the “perfect” posture.

You don’t need to stand all day.

And you don’t need to spend an hour stretching every night.

Your body needs movement.

It needs strength.

And it needs to be able to handle the amount of time you spend sitting every day.

Because feeling stiff at your desk isn’t just uncomfortable.

It can affect how you work.

Your focus.

Your energy.

And how much you get done.

Your body is part of your productivity.

Start treating it that way.

You do not lose distance because you are getting older.

You lose distance because your body stops moving the way it should.

Comment with ‘mobility program’ for your free program.

If you are over 40, you have probably noticed it.

Your hips feel tight.

Your back feels stiff.

Your swing feels shorter.

And the ball just does not go as far.

The good news is that you do not need to swing harder.

You need to move better.

These 5 mobility exercises help you improve your rotation, free up your hips, and create a longer, more powerful swing.

The more your body can move, the more speed you can create.

That means longer drives with less effort.

Spend just a few minutes on these exercises before you play
and feel the difference.

Your pain is costing you up to 32 yards..

A 2021 study from the International Journal of Golf Science compared healthy golfers over 55 to those with back pain, arthritis, or osteoporosis.

Here is what they found:

1 Golfers with conditions hit their driver 32 yards shorter than healthy golfers their age.

2 They were 34% less flexible.

3 Their core endurance was less than half.

But here is the part that should make you pay attention..

86% of these injured golfers were paying for swing lessons, which was more than the group without conditions.

They were spending money trying to fix a swing that their body was physically incapable of performing.

The healthy golfers in this study were not genetically gifted. They were simply more flexible, stronger, and maintained their physical capacity.

If you’re injured, work on your body before your swing.

I have a lot of respect for golf coaches and I work with some of the world’s best on a weekly basis.

But there is a major problem in the industry that is holding you back.

Most golf coaching happens in a hierarchy that I call the Performance Pyramid.

In this pyramid, the coach is at the top and everyone else is at the bottom.

There is little communication and the environment is over-controlled.

This creates a wall between your team.

When your team does not communicate well, you are the one who suffers.

You may end up with a swing strategy that would body physically can’t perform.

The best results happen in a Performance Circle.

In a circle, communication flows freely between every expert on your team.

This is a team-type environment where everyone works together to get you better.

You deserve a team that talks to each other to get you the best results possible.

If you are tired of being stuck in a pyramid and want to join the circle, reach out.
