This circle is devoted to body restoration — a place where you can melt into blissful rest, restorative movement, receive frequency healing, drift through guided meditation, and be bathed in soothing Universal energy healing and loving presence in a candle 🕯️ lit magical space 🤍💫

I offer this work from my heart — with healing hands, intuition and the grounded guidance of a retreat facilitator —
so you can feel the shift your body has been longing for.

A space to quieten the mind.

To feel your body open, unwind, and remember its own wisdom.

With over 20 years of experience in speaking, training, and facilitating Laughter Yoga, Merv brings wisdom, humour, and heart to every session.

His research with Deakin University and two Melbourne organisations demonstrated that Laughter Yoga significantly improves workplace wellbeing and psychological safety while reducing stress, depression, and anxiety.
