Prominent Ear (Otoplasty) Correction

4 weeks after lower blepharoplasty

This patient underwent lower eyelid blepharoplasty with internal fat transposition, followed by one SmoothEye®️ laser treatment as part of the treatment plan.

At the 4-week review, the under-eye contour is continuing to settle as healing progresses. Swelling and tissue changes can continue to improve over the following weeks to months.

Lower blepharoplasty may be considered for suitable patients with concerns such as lower eyelid bags, prominent fat pads or under-eye contour irregularities. Fat transposition involves repositioning selected eyelid fat rather than simply removing it, where clinically appropriate.
