The joy of Autumn...
Here in the Southern Hemisphere, we are wrapped in the golden exhale of the season, that warm, amber light that asks us to slow down and feel it all. 🍂
Autumn is the great harvest keeper. She doesn’t rush. She gathers, she remembers, she honours what grew and what didn’t, with equal tenderness.
This is the season of sacred pause, of roots and ritual, of sitting with your story and making meaning from everything you’ve lived and loved and let go.
The turning with the Wheel of the year, invites a moment of connection, an invitation to come home to yourself.
Light a candle. Stir your tea. Feel your feet on the earth.
And then ask yourself:
🍁 What am I harvesting right now?
🍁 What am I celebrating, grieving, or integrating?
🍁 What seeds will I carry with me into the dark?
Drop your reflections, rituals, or autumn blessings below.
This autumn for me is a release of the convent and a calling in of a new apothecary home ✨✨✨
