It’s a process I love, therapeutic in a way and there’s a lot more to it than the finished candle ever shows.

What I want is simple.
For you to light your candle, close the door on the outside world and create the space that feels like a hug to come home to. 🤍

I had one of those shower realisations this morning that suddenly made YEARS of frustration make sense. 😂
For years, I knew HOW to communicate with my son, but I never really thought about why it worked.

Then this morning it hit me…
He processes things the same bloody way I do. 😂

We both need to understand the why and the purpose before something makes sense to us.

I spent years figuring out how to communicate with him without realising he was reflecting my own filter straight back at me. 🤦‍♀️

And weirdly, this is exactly the kind of thing I’ve been unpacking in the project I’m building behind the scenes.

I’m learning as much about myself as I am about everyone else. 😂
