I thought it was time to properly introduce myself.

I’m the proud owner of Legacy Supports Gippsland and an experienced NDIS Psychosocial Recovery Coach and Mental Health Support Worker with over 6 years of experience supporting people in the disability and mental health sector.

Supporting others has always been more than just a job to me it’s something I’m genuinely passionate about. I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, respected, and empowered to live a life that feels meaningful to them. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you build confidence, strengthen independence, and work towards the goals that matter most to you.

I pride myself on providing compassionate, person-centred support while creating genuine connections with every person I work alongside. ✨ A little project that’s been close to my heart… 💜

Today I’m so excited to introduce something I’ve been working on for my Recovery Coaching participants…

The Legacy Supports Gippsland Recovery Coaching Workbook. 🌿

This workbook has been thoughtfully designed to support each person’s recovery journey through meaningful conversations, goal setting, self-reflection, wellbeing check-ins and creative activities that encourage growth between sessions.

Recovery isn’t just about reaching goals it’s about recognising progress, celebrating the small wins, understanding challenges and building confidence one step at a time.

Alongside the workbook, I’ve also created a personal Recovery Journal, giving participants a safe space to write down their thoughts, feelings, achievements and challenges between our fortnightly sessions. This helps ensure nothing important is forgotten and allows our time together to be even more meaningful.

Every page has been designed with purpose, compassion and person-centred care at the heart of it. I truly hope these resources empower my participants to reflect on how far they’ve come while supporting them on the path ahead.

Legacy Supports Gippsland is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Support Worker to join our growing team.

📍 Drouin & Surrounding Areas

Position Details:
• Potential for an ongoing weekly shift (approximately 1 x 6-hour shift per week)
• Additional shift cover opportunities available
• Holiday relief and staff leave coverage
• Subcontractor position with Legacy Supports Gippsland

Preferred:
• Experience working within the mental health sector
• Mental Health Specialists encouraged to apply

Essential Requirements:
• Relevant qualifications in Disability, Mental Health, Community Services or a related field
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Appropriate insurances required for subcontracting

We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable, professional and committed to delivering person-centred support.

We are hoping to find someone who wants to be part of our journey. As Legacy Supports Gippsland continues to grow, there may be opportunities for additional shifts and ongoing work. We would love to find the right person to grow alongside us, build meaningful relationships with participants, and make a positive difference within our community.
