Our current massage therapist is leaving so we are looking for a qualified, experienced, enthusiastic remedial massage therapist with great communication skills to work in our busy chiropractic office.

Dr Blunt will be on leave for the next 10 days from Good Friday until Anzac day. The clinic will be closed for the week and will re-open on Tuesday 26th at 8.30am
Our massage therapist Leah will still be available if you'd like a massage. Please call the clinic on 83911519 and leave a message. Leah will call you to schedule an appointment.

We've closed the clinic for the next 7 days in line with the state government lockdown. We will re-open on Thursday 29th July at 1pm.
So for the next 7 days enjoy this enforced holiday, exercise as best you can - stretching, yoga etc.
Spend some quiet time reflecting or reading.
Be kind to each other.
There's still plenty of jobs around the house to tackle if you're keen.
We look forward to seeing you soon.

It's with a heavy heart that we've closed the clinic for 6 days in line with the SA Health directives for "essential services". This is harsher than the first lockdown in March when we were classed as essential.
Our professional associations have also recommended we close.
We've struggled with this for many reasons, mainly because we want to be there to help and serve our clients when you need us.
We've notified everyone who had a booking for this period and we'll be in touch with you again when we know when we can re-open.
In the meantime enjoy this enforced holiday, take some time to reflect on what's been a very stressful year, keep in touch with family and friends, exercise as best you can - stretching, yoga etc.
And if you're like me, there's plenty of jobs around the house to tackle!!!

Well, Easters finished - such as it was!
Letting everyone know that we are open today and Thursday this week from 3.30 - 7pm.
Next week we're back to our normal opening hours.

Next week we'll be open on Tuesday and Thursday afternons only.
Have as great an Easter break as you can. The easter bunny has been given special powers to cross state borders so there'll be no shortage of eggs.

Social distancing is required at the moment. For how long we don't know.
Social connection is very important to maintain at this time too.
It's a time of fear, anxiety and increased stress and it's also important that we look after our own health so we're in the best shape possible.
Eat healthily, exercise, practice mindfulness meditation, look after your mind. Stay positive, kind and calm.
AND turn off the TV!!!!
The practice is still open our normal hours and we look forward to being able to serve you.
