When the routine breaks, connection can begin.
Holidays are so much more than just a change of scenery; they are a beautiful window of opportunity to tune out the external noise and tune back into you. Without your usual morning rituals or daily checklists, what is your body actually trying to tell you?
Maybe it’s asking for a long, slow walk, or perhaps it’s nudging you toward a much-needed afternoon nap. Or in my case, a coffee!
Next time you’re away, try dropping into yourself and just listening.
