Three weeks of being sick… 🤧

You think you’re finally on the mend and then… BANG! ❗️ Another virus 🦠 decides to pay you a visit.

So if you’ve noticed I’ve been a little quiet 🤐 on my socials, that’s why. It’s been one thing after another!

Last night I made the Flu Fighter’s Chicken Soup 🍲 and wow… it was exactly what I needed. It’s absolutely delicious 🤤 and feels like it’s giving your body and soul the biggest nourishing hug while helping you fight off all those germs.

If you’re battling the lurgy too, I can’t recommend it enough. 💛

My little tip? Make your own broth or use homemade chicken stock if you have some in the freezer. It adds another layer of goodness, flavour and nourishment.

Here’s hoping we’re all feeling healthy again soon! ❤️✨

Last night’s Master the Basics class was all about zero waste and delicious food! 🙌

We made fresh butter, then used the leftover buttermilk to make buttermilk bread. Saving money, reducing waste, and creating amazing food… my favourite combination! 🧈🍞

Now for my confession… 🤦‍♀️

I completely forgot to set the timer to remind me to bake the bread last night. I found my dough sitting there this morning! 😵‍💫🤪

So… into the oven it went! Despite being very over-proofed, it still turned out delicious, especially warm with fresh homemade butter. Sometimes Thermomix recipes are more forgiving than we deserve! 😂
