What if your physical pain has been holding an emotion or memory as a protective mechanism?

For a client last week, these memories were stored in the muscles, neck and spine from childhood.

By gently listening to the messages they held and acknowledging she was safe now she was able to release them with Emotional Freedom tecnique-self applied acupressure and a self hypnosis technique.

The result was old hip, back and neck pain was released gently without any physical touch from me.

When we work with the body and not on the body, the changes are transformational, reducing swelling, inflammation, emotions and pain. The same areas of the brain that process our thoughts and emotions also process pain messages.

These gentle techniques disrupt old outdated pain messages permanently and reset the protective processes.

What might be contributing to your chronic tension or pain?
