After a lot of thought, I’ve made the difficult decision to close my massage business. This hasn’t been an easy choice, but it feels like the right time for me to move in a new direction. I want to sincerely thank each and every one of you for trusting me with your care over the years. It’s been such a privilege to be part of your health and wellness journey, and I’ll truly miss the laughs, the chats (you know I love a chat!), and the wonderful connections we’ve shared.

My final day of appointments will be Monday 27th July.

is a hands-on massage modality that incorporates different massage techniques, including deep tissue and trigger point therapy, to reduce or eliminate pain and restore muscle function.

I spent Saturday afternoon with Evonne and her retreat attendees at . I provided a relaxation massage for the attendees to help encourage rest and replenishment throughout their retreat.
