FREE MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT COMING TO KINGSTON ๐Ÿ’›

Sometimes things feel heavy before you can even put your finger on why. Lifeline Connect is bringing its free, face-to-face community outreach service to Kingston, offering a safe and welcoming space to talk.

No appointment. No referral. No wrong reason to walk in.

Our trained local staff and volunteers are here to listen without judgement, help you work through what's going on, and connect you with the right local support when you're ready.
