FREE MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT COMING TO KINGSTON 💛

Sometimes things feel heavy before you can even put your finger on why. Lifeline Connect is bringing its free, face-to-face community outreach service to Kingston, offering a safe and welcoming space to talk.

No appointment. No referral. No wrong reason to walk in.

Our trained local staff and volunteers are here to listen without judgement, help you work through what's going on, and connect you with the right local support when you're ready.

🕚 11am – 2pm

Further outreach sessions will be held in Kingston over the coming months and into next year, so there'll be ongoing chances to access this free support.

You don't need to be in crisis to come along — sometimes having someone to listen is enough to help you figure out what comes next. 🤍
