Our Community is Stronger Together 🫶
This week has been incredibly difficult for many in our community. During times of tragedy, it's normal to experience a range of emotions. From sadness, shock, anger, confusion, or simply feeling overwhelmed.
Please remember to check in with the people around you. A simple phone call, text message, conversation or even sitting in silence together can make a world of difference. Sometimes, just knowing someone cares is enough to help a person through a difficult moment.
If you're struggling yourself, please know that asking for help is not a sign of weakness. It is a sign of courage, and you don't have to face things alone.
Confidential, compassionte support is available, and you will be treated with respect and without judgement.
Support is available, whether you'd like to make an appointment with one of our GP's, have a chat with one of our friendly nurses, or simply aren't sure where to start, we're here to listen when you feel overwhelmed, support you, and help connect you with the care that's right for you. All conversations with our clinical team are private and confidential. If you don't feel confident calling the following services alone, please reach out as we are more than happy to help and advocate for you.
