PERTH LOCKDOWN & PRACTICE UPDATE ➖ With today’s state government announcement that Perth will be in lockdown from tonight to 6pm Friday 5th February 2021 all appointments for this week will move to Telehealth (phone or online). Rest assured, if you have an appointment booked this week we will be in touch tomorrow to support you through the Telehealth process or assist with rescheduling if preferred.

HERBS & SPICES ➖ Little glass jars filled with nature’s goodness. Not only wonderful to have on hand to add a delicious kick to your cooking but also known for their wonderful wellness benefits.

I especially love turmeric for it’s anti-inflammatory properties and ginger to treat nausea.

What herbs and spices do you love?

TIME FOR REST ➖ Listening to my own advice and taking a little time for self-care.

Wisdom Wellness will be closed until the 13th of October. Until then I will be enjoying school holiday fun with my boys, soaking up the sunshine and appreciating the new Spring perfumes in my garden.
