A full clinical workshop, hands-on practical learning and a room full of clinicians who showed up ready for the depth this work asks of us. ✨

We are genuinely grateful for the conversations, the curiosity, the willingness to sit with more complex cases together and the way clinicians took the reasoning into their own bodies during the practical sessions.

It was such a pleasure welcoming Helen Lyon , CEO of Qiara probiotics to our Mount Waverley flagship clinic recently.

We had such a meaningful conversation on how organisations across healthcare can work together to better support the mothers, families and communities we serve.

At Hope Kids OT we understand that outcomes are rarely shaped by one profession alone. They are influenced by a broader ecosystem that includes clinicians, nutrition, education and family support.

Hope Kids OT is proud to partner with the Government-funded ENVISAGE Families Program to provide a FREE supportive peer program for parents of young children with developmental concerns, disability, or who are neurodivergent 💛

This in-person program offers:

This 1.5-day clinical workshop is designed for paediatric Occupational Therapists ready to move beyond sensory theory and confidently apply sensory strategies in real therapy sessions.

🍽️ Beyond Fussy Eating: Rethinking Mealtimes in Early Learning Centres

Hope Kids OT is looking forward for an empowering session in the upcoming Cooks Network Meeting with educators and cooks working in early learning settings. This meaningful collaboration is between Hope Kids OT and City Of Monash , supported by Access Health and Community, healthAbility & Link Health and Community.

This professional development training session will focus on something we see often in practice - children who are labelled as “fussy eaters”, when in reality, there may be underlying sensory sensitivities and processing differences shaping their experience with food.

👉 Together, we’ll explore:
• how sensory processing impacts eating and mealtime behaviours
• practical strategies for both kitchen and classroom environments
• how cooks & educators can work together to support positive mealtime experiences
