You'll start with a chat about what's been going on for you — your pain, your day-to-day, anything you'd like to feel different. Then you'll get comfortable (fully clothed, no need to worry about that) while gentle, specific moves are made on the areas that need it most.

There are little breaks between the moves too — this is a normal part of Bowen and gives your body time to settle and respond.
