💜 Giving back through reflexology 💜

One of the most rewarding parts of what I do is volunteering twice a month at Solaris Cancer Care, offering reflexology sessions to people living with cancer and to their wonderful carers.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of treating three beautiful clients, and one of them surprised me with a box of Chocolate Fingers as a thank you. 🥹❤️ Such a thoughtful gesture that truly made my day.

It’s not about the gift—it’s about the connection, the kindness, and knowing that even a small moment of relaxation and care can make a difference during a difficult time.

I’m so grateful to be able to share the benefits of reflexology and support such an incredible community. Thank you to everyone at Solaris Cancer Care, and to every client who trusts me with their care. 💜

💜 Volunteering fills my cup in ways I never expected. 💜

Twice a month, I have the privilege of volunteering as a Reflexologist at Solaris Cancer Care, providing reflexology sessions for people living with cancer and for their carers.

Yesterday was another beautiful reminder of why I love what I do. I had the pleasure of treating three wonderful people, and one of my clients surprised me with a box of Chocolate Fingers as a thank you. It wasn’t about the chocolates—it was the kindness and thoughtfulness behind the gesture that touched my heart. ❤️

Reflexology is so much more than a treatment. It’s an opportunity to slow down, relax, and enjoy a little peace during what can be an incredibly challenging time.

I feel incredibly grateful to be able to share this gentle therapy with such amazing people and to give back to our community in a meaningful way.
