How has spinal flow changed my life… After years of massage I ended up with adrenal fatigue , diabetes and chronic health issues ( weight ) so it was my turn to focus my energy back into me . Spinal flow for me has healed me in SO many ways . Emotionally I was able to transmute grief , physically I was able to heal my neck from a car accident years ago and from massaging so long my spine came back into alignment , I began to loose weight , I was able to start living life again and go back to the gym , I was able to transmute my anger after YEARS of anger from not being heard …released SO much stress , I wasn’t able to process , just mine .I felt more supported in myself than ever before . As you feel thr layers of stress going you feel massive changes in your life … new friendships form , life changes and it’s so magical to witness this in myself , and in my clients … my bodies healing ability was definitely showing me ,which is my motto … Everything Heals … ❤️😊🥰🔥🔥🔥
