What I share is the result of many years of experience, unfolding and surrendering to Truth. Through devotion, direct experience and deep investigation, I have discovered what works and what doesn’t, what

is Truth, what is distraction, protection and rejection and what holds and supports Beings in their unfolding and realisation of Truth. I call it ‘The True Way’, a path of self-discovery through the 3 Pillars of Sacred Silence, Sacred Movement and Sacred Knowledge. My offering to you is one of pure Love, refinement & living wisdom, a distillation of all that has unfolded, been purified, transmuted and embodied in this life over 30 years. The simplicity of Being Silent Presence & the embodiment of that Love. Simple, yes, but not always easy! ‘The True Way’ of life through the 3 Pillars requires willingness, devotion, openness & sincerity. Surrendering to Truth requires that you are willing to face yourself. I invite you to let go, let Love & let Life with whatever capacity you have in any given moment, whether in deep rest, movement or receivership. We are ever evolving, yet seemingly our ability to ‘be with’ what is happening changes moment to moment. We are like beautiful flowers, constantly growing, opening & closing, ever learning through the teacher of life. True understanding shows us that every experience is bringing us home. With that knowing, everything in life becomes a blessing. If your heart genuinely seeks Truth, it needn't take weeks, months or years to recognise. Being in the Presence of Beings who are stabilised in Awake Presence is the quickest way to come to the Heart. Being teaches Being. I look forward to meeting you in truth, openness & honesty. Let us come together in the commitment to the Real, unfolding and dissolving the misunderstandings in the holy remembrance of the Pure Light of Love that we are. May we awaken from the dream of separation. May we know ourselves as Love in every living moment. May we emanate the divine fragrance of God & shine as we are. Om Tat Sat

Are you ready to expand your understanding of yourself as a woman within the loving container of deep womanhood?
What does it mean to be a True woman in this world?
How can we deepen in this discovery together?
You are invited to take your seat in the circle for THE WEAVING – Women’s Wisdom Circle.
Women are valleys. We are not meant to push, to strive in the way that we were taught. Our essence is pure receptivity. Deep relaxation is our true nature. We are not here to hold life, nor direct it. We are the essence of Life.
The invitation is to come together for a profound awakening and rewiring at this crucial time in history – discovering what it is to be a True Woman in this world. To deepen into the Ground of Being, open and soften into Her, be at deep rest in in the body, growing in our sensitivity, receptivity, openness, humility, radical self-love and allowing strength to be born through our vulnerability.
A beautifully intimate space opens between the women in the group over the weeks together. We will touch everything from the shame to the deepest pleasure. It is a space of exploration for the women attending and you are deeply invited to venture out of the comfort-zone to touch those areas that are deeply sensitive to you.
In offering yourself this space, you will learn to receive yourself fully, connect with the different seasons of your cycle, your true Feminine essence and radically transform your relationship with yourself and others.

The circle welcomes all women, including pregnant women and babes in arms.

***No pre-requisite to attend this circle, though I do ask for an 5-weekly rolling commitment to allow for an intimate space together, where we can feel safe to ‘see’ and be ‘seen’. This is not a drop-in class, although a taster class is available so you can see if it's for you.***

Move and be moved - play and connect - rest and observe

We are gathering on the summer solstice! Natasha and I will be combining our love of dance, movement, meditation, nature ritual and voice work… a delicious day honouring ourselves, celebrating mid summer and dancing our dance.

The summer solstice is a time of celebration and gratitude; a chance to come together in community and celebrate life.

In the beautiful surroundings of Laughton Lodge, we will weave together our combined love of music, dance and movement, song and nature-based ritual to create a spacious day of creative exploration, connection and community.

Bring your heart, an offering for the altar and vegetarian food to share for a light, communal lunch (please let us know ahead of time of any life-threatening allergies).

Who are we?
Emma is a yoga/meditation teacher, dance and somatic movement facilitator, mentor and guide, offering classes, workshops, retreats and 1:1 Soul Sessions.

Natasha is a dual trained Therapist, Open Floor Movement Teacher and Embodied Voice Facilitator who creates inclusive, permissive and playful spaces for all to be welcome.

Contribution:
£50 if paid by 31 May
£65 thereafter
Some spaces for those who are facing socio-economic difficulties - pay what you can manage.
