The shed may have felt quiet over the last days as we have been in filming mode, but it has been absolutely buzzing with passion, creativity, and a whole plethora of emotions. We have been learning the ins and outs of filmmaking and what it takes to create a documentary!!

Witnessing reciprocity and exchange of skills.

Our Spacemakers workshop is a thriving space for our crew to share skills with each other - working collectively on shared projects and learning from each other.

What an honour to cultivate a safe space for sharing, and delighting in witnessing the results.

What is EMPOWER?
EMPOWER is a hands-on training in non-hierarchical teaching and leading, to inspire like-minded groups to share Shedding's resources and networks to communities far and wide.

We want to make teaching and leading accessible to all by creating a network of compassionate, skilled and connected teachers and leaders.

We believe that collaboration is magic - we can all help each other - knowledge sharing is a powerful tool in community building!

This year, we will host 10 workshops for a network of 60 teachers - to unite in connection and lead with passion, as part of our growing Community Exchange Network.
