Did you know that going to the toilet when you need to is a simple way to support your bladder health? While there are some situations where you may need to hold your p*e (urine), going when you need to can help prevent health issues down the track.

Holding in your p*e too often can lead to:
💧 Infections. When p*e stays in your bladder too long, it can lead to a urinary tract infection (UTI).
💧 Stretching of your bladder. Holding your p*e often can stretch your bladder. This can make it harder to empty your bladder properly later.
💧Bladder control problems. Over time, holding your p*e can weaken bladder muscles.

This can lead to leaks or needing to rush to the toilet.
Listening to your body and going when you need to helps keep your bladder healthy

Social media shapes so much of our daily lives – but it can shape our mental health too.

From staying connected to feeling overwhelmed, our online habits matter more than we think.

Social media can be a great place to learn, laugh, and belong. But it can also fuel comparison, anxiety, and endless scrolling.

It’s important to take time to think about how we use these platforms.
Here are a few ways to build a healthier digital routine:
⏱️ Set time limits to stay aware of how long you’re online
🔌 Unplug occasionally to give your mind space to reset
🌳 Get outside and swap scrolling for sunlight
📲 Curate your feed so you see more of what lifts you up
📴 Control notifications to reduce stress and distraction
❗ Learn about cyberbullying to keep yourself and others safe

Social media isn’t 'good' or 'bad' – it’s about how we use it. With a few mindful habits, we can make our digital spaces healthier, calmer, and more supportive.

If you’ve ever checked your tissue… this is for you 👀
Snot is normal - it helps your nose to trap and remove irritants.
But when the colour changes it can be your body’s way of telling you something’s wrong.
The best thing to do for a runny nose and other symptoms is to stay hydrated and rest.
You should see your GP if your runny nose:
- Gets worse
- Only affects one nostril
- Makes it difficult to breathe
- Comes with a high fever, vomiting or fatigue
