If you are experiencing muscular pain, cramps, fatigue, headaches and/or stress, then a remedial massage is just what you need. As a qualified remedial massage therapist, I will develop a personalised plan and help alleviate the pain and discomfort caused by muscular aches and related injuries. Regular massage is also a great way to maintain a healthy physical and mental wellbeing. How it works?
