🇦🇺 Froggies Fitness is heading to the Australian Bodyboard Titles! 🐸💚

I’m excited to announce that Froggies Fitness will be providing complimentary athlete support services at the Australian Bodyboard Titles in Newcastle on Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd August.

A huge thank you to Surfing Australia for providing us with a 3m x 3m gazebo, where we’ll set up the Froggies Athlete Wellness Area.

Throughout the event I’ll be offering:
✅ Complimentary 10-minute remedial / sports massage and stretching sessions to help athletes prepare for their heats.
✅ Assistance with cramping, muscular tightness and minor niggles throughout the competition.
✅ Foam rollers, yoga mats and resistance bands for athletes to use to mobilise, activate and prepare their bodies before surfing.

My goal is simple—to help competitors feel their best, recover well and perform at their highest level.

Once the competition schedule is released, I’ll post the times I’ll be available so athletes can plan ahead.

Healthy eating isn’t about starving yourself, cutting out everything you enjoy, or following the latest fad diet.

It’s about making good food your normal.

Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. Include quality protein. Choose whole foods more often than processed ones. Stay hydrated. And remember—there’s absolutely room for the occasional pizza, burger or dessert.

Consistency beats perfection every time.

When healthy eating becomes your lifestyle instead of your “diet,” it becomes something you can maintain for life.

Today I received my 20-Year Membership Certificate from Massage & Myotherapy Australia. It made me stop and think… how many massages have I actually done over the past 20 years?

If I average around 20 massages a week, that’s roughly 20,800 massages. 🤯

I’ve genuinely loved helping people move better, feel less pain, and leave more relaxed than when they arrived. Massage has also helped me personally navigate this busy, demanding world, so it’s been rewarding to share something that has made such a positive difference in my own life.

I’m especially grateful that my body has held up so well. Despite my spinal fusion for spondylolisthesis, the rest of my discs were in great condition. I like to think that’s proof that practising what I preach every day—staying active, exercising, and looking after my body—really does make a difference.

Will I still be massaging in another 20 years? I’m not so sure. But I do know how grateful I am for every client who has trusted me over the past two decades.

Thank you all for supporting my business and allowing me to do something I genuinely love.

And I guess it really has paid to rub you the right way! 😂
