💧 START YOUR DAY WITH WATER 💧

The older I get, the more I realise health is the real wealth. Being fit, strong and able to do the things you love is worth far more than what you drive or what you own.
Looking after your body through regular exercise, good food, recovery and a healthy lifestyle is an investment in your future. You can’t control everything that happens with your health, but you can give yourself the best possible chance. A strong, healthy body is something money can’t replace.

🇦🇺 Froggies Fitness is heading to the Australian Bodyboard Titles! 🐸💚

I’m excited to announce that Froggies Fitness will be providing complimentary athlete support services at the Australian Bodyboard Titles in Newcastle on Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd August.

A huge thank you to Surfing Australia for providing us with a 3m x 3m gazebo, where we’ll set up the Froggies Athlete Wellness Area.

Throughout the event I’ll be offering:
✅ Complimentary 10-minute remedial / sports massage and stretching sessions to help athletes prepare for their heats.
✅ Assistance with cramping, muscular tightness and minor niggles throughout the competition.
✅ Foam rollers, yoga mats and resistance bands for athletes to use to mobilise, activate and prepare their bodies before surfing.

My goal is simple—to help competitors feel their best, recover well and perform at their highest level.

Once the competition schedule is released, I’ll post the times I’ll be available so athletes can plan ahead.
