I used to hold my anger in.

Pretending to myself that I wasn’t angry.

Then it would build and build in the background until I became a volcano — a fierce fire of anger that felt scary, explosive, and unhealthy.

Now, after intentionally creating safety and security within myself, my anger is something I’m proud of.

My anger is a taniwha — ancient, powerful, and protective too.

Equally, I can hold the anger of others without it triggering my ego, my defensiveness, or my need to prove that I’m right.

🔥 I trust my truth.

🔥 I honour the ground I stand on.

🔥 And I refuse to spiritually bypass my anger.

I’m no longer a push-over, nor am I confined by cultural stereotypes of the “she’ll be right” chilled-out Māori woman.

Because sometimes it’s not okay.

And now I can express my anger in a healthy way that honours my safety, my boundaries, and my right to be heard.

On retreat, I often invite women to direct their anger toward me while I become the embodiment of the threat, pain, or person who hurt them.

It’s intense, to say the least.

But with courage, they are given permission to unleash what has been trapped inside them for years.

Women shake as they hold their ground.

I deliberately challenge them, cross symbolic boundaries, and invite them to find their voice.

I’ve become the parent who abused them.

The partner who took away their power.

The person who violated their trust.

And when that anger finally moves through their body…

Damn.

It’s healing.

🔥 RELEASE.

🔥 FIND YOUR FURY.

🔥 FIND YOUR FIRE.

And never be afraid of it.

Feeling tired? Asking the universe when are things going to shift and feel more aligned? Feeling pressure and struggling to know exactly where you’re going?

So many people are feeling this right now. There is fatigue and a collective feeling of thickness in the energy.

Here’s what to know:

- many of you are swimming between islands at the moment. You know where you’re going … but hmmm … you don’t really know where you’re going … confusing? Yes.

- you’re feeling like things still fit, but it’s kinda not your style anymore so you’re looking for new ground and territory that feels like you. (Think jobs, relationships, homes …)

- this isn’t about who you’re becoming as much as it is about remembering the parts of you you’ve forgotten or left behind. The parts that make you smile. We have reclamation energy coming through, gently tapping you on the shoulder.
- DO NOT PUSH right now! This is not hustle energy! It’s allowing the movements, let the current gently take you, surrender to the unknown to the movement and allow yourself to be taken to new ground as you paddle gently towards the shoreline.

- Can you allow yourself to be held?
- Can you surrender control?

- clarity is coming … it’s not here yet. And that’s OK. Breath that in - it’s okay! You’re okay. You’re going to be okay. There is a changing of tides as we swim in the feminine.

Surrender. That’s your only choice. Don’t force or the current will pull you under.

Don’t know who you are? You can’t find your purpose without finding yourself first! It’s impossible!!!

Be careful of your ego … it may lead you to a false purpose that’s about validation (hello soul wounds!) rather than the spark of your own soul.

It may not be that you’re here to change the world - simply that being who you are is worthy and more than enough. Maybe you’re here to be kind. Maybe people won’t remember what you said but how you made them FEEL when you put your unique self out to the world.

At the core of it - guess what (?) - purpose is ➡️ DOING YOU BOO! 💕

Find your Spirit and there will be the treasures of your purpose.

Within the ‘industry’ of spiritual readings and intuitive guidance - we need practitioners who are both highly skilled spiritual guides AND trauma informed.

Please do not go and see any spiritual ‘guide’ who doesn’t value each of these traits equally. This is what weeds out the real readers from the fake ones.

I recently overheard a reading where a woman was blamed for the death of her son by a reader! What the actual F?!?!? First of all - that was complete BS and second - how dare that reader say something like that?!? 🤬 That ‘reader’ is stuck in their own ego with NO SKILLS as a medium, psychic ….! These people break my heart 💔 I tend to get super angry when I know about these charlatans!

I’m asking for a shift in the standard.

People deserve TRUTH - CLARITY - KINDNESS ✨

People often come for readings with me when they feel lost, stuck and overwhelmed. They are often feeling vulnerable and deserve kindness. I treat them with love. The space is sacred - they receive nurturing with meaningful guidance that can make their SPIRIT GLOW✨

The job that didn’t work out.
The person who didn’t choose you.
The opportunity that slipped through your fingers…

It’s easy to take it personally.
To question yourself.
To wonder what you did wrong.

But not everything that leaves is a loss 💔

Some things are being removed before they can hurt you.
Before they can distract you.
Before they can take you somewhere you were never meant to go.

What didn’t work out might be the very thing that’s keeping you aligned.

Even if you can’t see it yet.

✨ Hold your heart.

✨ Hold your Mana.

You’re going to be more than okay 🤍

As the year comes to an end, like so many of you - I’m finding quiet moments to reflect on the lessons, the themes, and the gratitude of the year now passing.

For me, 2025 has been a year of healing, letting go and finding love again 💕 A year of falling to my knees, walking through storms, and re-igniting my relationship with God✨

My personal intention of 2025 was to re-discover safety and security within myself. Whilst I deliberately curated experiences which took me out of my comfort zone, (thinking I needed to prove to myself that I could be strong) … it took me almost the entire year to realise that my safety was within me the whole time. 😊

My new intention for 2026 - is to fully embrace what it means to be a woman. Sensuality, sexuality, strength, empowerment, authenticity and truly living in full alignment with my values and morals. (Which I suspect, sounds easier than it is 🥰).

✨As I weave spells through my words - 2026 will be the year where I will fully arrive home within myself, walking with pride, and creating experiences through my heart, not my ego. I want to help more. Love more. Be more generous. Be kinder in the world.

Amen.

Bless you on your own journey of gentle release. May you step through the portal of 2026 with clarity, ease, a sprinkle of joy, and lightness in your heart 💕

Your voice is your medicine.

There are sounds within you waiting to be expressed and released.

The sound of your pain.

Of your anger.

Of your grief.

Of your armouring.

Don’t be afraid of the sounds that come through you on your healing path. Allow them. Move the ego out of the way and let yourself RELEASE. Allow your voice with raw, guttural beauty to express.

The roar of your anguish is important.
The tears that stream down your face as you wail are important.

Stop silencing yourself.

The body and the voice in union for your healing.
