A little salon catch-up! 💛

I’m officially taking what I think qualifies as a well-earned break… mainly so my husband can remember what I look like outside the salon. 😂

Before there was a beautiful, warm sauna room… there were boxes. 📦

Lots of boxes.

This little dream definitely took a village, and I couldn’t have done it without my amazing Mum and Dad. Dad & I tackled what felt like the world’s biggest flat-pack, while Mum captured the journey so we’d always remember where it all started.

Every bolt, every box, every drop of sweat (and maybe a few colourful words 🤭) has been worth it.

Because this sauna isn’t just another treatment we’ve added to Essenza.

It’s part of a much bigger vision—creating a space that supports your wellbeing, helps you slow down, and reminds you that looking after yourself isn’t a luxury… it’s essential.

Seeing our guests already loving the space makes every behind-the-scenes moment so worthwhile. 💛

I genuinely thought I knew what to expect…

After all, I’d done the research. I knew the science behind infrared sauna therapy and why it complements healthy skin and overall wellbeing.

But what surprised me wasn’t the research…

It was how I felt.

✨ Feeling completely switched off for 20 minutes.
✨ Walking out feeling warm, relaxed and recharged.

After a little unplanned break… it’s time for a Grace Watch update. 💙

Life at the salon has been a whirlwind lately, and before I even had a chance to film an update, Grace had already been back in hospital, undergone surgery, and is now on the mend.

The good news? Her pesky little appendix has officially been evicted, she’s recovering well, and I’m off to visit her today. 🏥💐

Thank you to every single person who has checked in, sent messages, and kept Grace in your thoughts. Your kindness has meant more than you know.

Let’s keep those healing vibes coming so we can welcome our beautiful Grace back when she’s ready. We can’t wait. 💙✨
