2026 Massage & Myotherapy conference did not disappoint with many new skills picked up to use. This year’s focus was on chronic pain. I was fortunate to be able to do 2 workshops with our Irish presenter Aubrey Gowing on pelvic torsion and lumbar dysfunction (both favourite and extensively trained areas) and learned his pain free methods of treating and rebalancing. I also listened to many presenters which gave amazing resources to find literature pathways for myself and my clients. So many new techniques to practice and resources to share with you all.
