To those who asked me about the kind of work that I’ve explored for my personal healing journey, please explore Charlie’s course ‘the upward spiral’ 🌀 I’ve recently done it, and quickly recognised I’ve intuitively been doing this process on myself for years to heal. It was a great relief for me to find that Charlie Goldsmith naturally understood this way of working with energy, has healed thousands of people with it, and further developed a teaching around it. He calls it; human medicine. I do believe human (energy) medicine is extremely powerful when it’s used for good. It’s been fundamental in healing myself from chronic pain & illness ☺️

When I started my Reiki practise last year, it was always hard for me to describe what I was doing. It wasn’t always Reiki - it was what Charlie describes as human medicine. I think this teaching offers the most healthy way of using the mind in order to create and maintain health and harmony in the body. Thank you Charlie 🙏☺️💫

One of my favourite things about doing these events is the connection I’m able to facilitate. I love seeing people relate, and develop a deeper trust and connection to their life’s journey. I love when I’m able to feel the group as a collective enter a theta brainwave state, it’s so dreamy 🪐💫🩷 thanks again for those who came along today, you are the magic of the experience 🙏
