SUN 21st GROUP BREATH NOW FULL. -Well after what has been a great response from the Alpine Shire, I'm pleased to announce the Group Breathwork session is Full. I have now closed this Group session to all other applicants but will be running One on a Monthly basis from now on SO keep a weather eye out for updates. Thanks to all those keen Breather's who have committed to this my 1st group in Myrtleford, I'm excited to leverage the Group energy to transform lives and I hope you are too.
I am of course still available for one to one breathwork therapy sessions if you wish to shift emotional baggage or understand the background conditioning that has been driving You for most of your life.

YES its finally here - a Free Group to Practise self-healing through Breathwork with Mark James as your guide.

An Opportunity to drop your old self or just try BREATHWORK THERAPY for the 1st time in a supportive group space.

Life can be heavy.

Stress, anxiety, old emotional patterns and the pressures of everyday life often build up in the body without us even realising.

This 2-hour group experience offers a safe, supportive environment for each individual to move out Old energy from the past that runs your life. In the process you will de-stress and reset for the week ahead.

Whether you're completely new to breathwork or returning for another session, you're welcome to attend as often or as little as you need. There is no long-term commitment.

IS YOUR FEAR OF CHANGE HOLDING YOU BACK ?
Has Your FAKE " self ” become structured around protection, SO MUCH SO that it resists anything that threatens its defensive organisation preferring ONLY to stay the way you are ????

A lot of people think their FEAR means they shouldn’t do TRANSFORMATIVE BREATHWORK.

' I couldn't do that, it will bring up to much old stuff that I'm hiding from '
' Its not safe for me to try that, I need to protect myself from my past '
' I don't know the facilitator, I wont be able to let go '
' I can't trust anyone, nobody knows what its like for me'

But often, fear is not intuition.
It’s protection.

It’s the part of the psyche that formed around Your Past pain trying to stop you from feeling what once overwhelmed you.

And that part deserves respect.
It helped you survive.

But eventually, what protected you ends up IMPRISONing you.

The same defence that once kept you safe
become's the very thing keeping you stuck.

This is why healing work can feel so Confronting.
Not because something is wrong.
Not because you don't have the courage to do it

But because YOUR Nervous system is being asked to loosen its grip on an identity Your ego built around survival.

But its NOT THE REAL YOU - its YOUR EGO ... nothing more than a defence mechanism masquerading as your true self.

Fear is not always the sign to stop.

Sometimes it is the SIGN you are standing at the threshold of momentous change. And the FAKE ' self ' fears this because it knows that this way - the Way of the Divine Breath - is its Dissolution.

Evolve at the 50th CONFEST, just B4 our arranged workshop. Not the video I wanted to make but We were feeling most unwell due to getting diarrhoea from something we ate last night. But the Show must go on and we had arranged a Group Breathwork session at 2pm. I felt rough as f.*.k but as I expected anywhere from 10 to 40 souls turning up, and I didnt want to disappoint - and when in doubt I just hand it over to Spirit and complain a lot as is my English heritage for moaning.. ha ha. As it happened we went very well and the Souls that came experienced a very profound and accelerated shift due the Group energy and the magic of Confest . - You really have to come to experience for yourself how healing this place is for all our Conditioned responses and Trauma.
