Over the past year, I’ve been working more closely with clients on something I didn’t expect to become such a big focus…

Food sensitivities.

My Osteopathic Medicine and Palaeolithic Nutrition Coaching services are now only available for two weeks of the calander month in Nambucca Heads due to other areas of interest taking priority in Sydney. Please keep this in mind when making a booking. All of my availability can be viewed online. I prefer people to book online because my phone is switched off when working away to avoid distractions and it’s also off a lot during my personal time to reduce my screen time, blue light and EMF exposure.
