Well, clearly my strengths are in natural medicines and not technology. I am so sorry for those of you trying to book in online for an abdominal scar release massage (it just wasn’t appearing). Good news is that it is now there, like magic, through the online booking page 😮‍💨 🥳

Throw Together Salad for Lunch. Leftover lamb roast meat, all my own home-grown greens just torn and thrown in the bowl (kale, rocket and cos lettuce), homegrown snow peas and tomatoes, goats cheese, strawberries, roasted almonds and drizzled with balsamic vinegar, olive oil and pepper. That’s it, lunch sorted.

Bookings now open for September and beginning of October, new and old naturopath clients welcome. PS Goats cheese from Aldi 👍

I have fresh new perspective for managing all abdominal scars in clinic from C-sections, hysterectomies, laparoscopy surgeries (ectopic pregnancies, endometriosis) appendectomies and more. Currently in Brisbane navigating city life and U turns at traffic lights. Back in clinic Monday as a Certified C- Section Release Practitioner 🤓 🚗 🏙️

Home - Nana Glen. The clinic reopens tomorrow 🙌 .

I’m fully booked until mid August but will be looking to open a few more clinic days in the last 2 weeks of August.

In clinic news I’m heading to Brisbane next Friday for a C-Section Release Course. I’m also working through the final 2 months of my 6 month Functional Thyroid Mastery course. Pretty excited as one of these modules looks at both perimenopause and pregnancy in relation to thyroid health.
