πŸ’šπŸ’› IF YOU SEE GREEN, THEY'RE UNDER 18 πŸ’šπŸ’›

Every green band represents one of our young umpires β€” students who are learning, developing and giving back to the game they love.

A junior umpire may be making thousands of decisions throughout a match. They won't get every call right, but they show up each week, step onto the court, and do their best for our netball community.

When you see a green band, please remember:

βœ… They're still learning
βœ… They're building confidence and experience
βœ… They deserve encouragement and respect
βœ… Positive support helps them grow and stay in the game

Our junior umpires are the future of netball. By working together, we can create an environment where they feel valued, supported and confident to continue their umpiring journey.

Let's band together to support our young umpires and finish this season on a positive. πŸ’šπŸ’›
