About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our clinic, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients feel welcome and supported while keeping the clinic running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting patients and answering high-volume phone calls with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Scheduling and managing appointments for general practitioners and specialists.
Processing billing, patient payments, and Medicare/DVA claims.
Managing patient records and maintaining confidentiality.
Performing general administrative tasks to support the medical team.
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a medical reception or administrative role (highly regarded).
Familiarity with medical software (e.g., Best Practice, MedicalDirector) is a plus.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
