These are simply two check-ins taken 3 months apart during her coaching journey.
This is exactly why scale weight doesn’t tell the full story.
Over those 3 months, we continued to focus on consistency, strength training, nutrition, and building sustainable habits.
The result?
A leaner physique.
More muscle definition.
A smaller waist.
A stronger, healthier body.
The scale only moved by 1kg, but her body composition tells a completely different story.
Too often we become fixated on the number we see on the scales and forget to look at the bigger picture.
Progress can look like building muscle, losing body fat, improving your health, increasing your strength, having more energy, or simply feeling more confident in your own skin.
The scales are just one tool. They don’t define your success.
Progress isn’t always measured by the number you see on the scales.
