# Immortality Post:-

Change your belief that you are going to die. If you believe you are going to die, then your subconscious has to find ways for you to kill yourself. Believe that you can live forever, and your subconscious supports you in having a really happy & healthy life.

If you believe you are getting younger, you program yourself for better health

#. Getting Younger:-

The aging aspect of our beliefs is unconscious.

We have to bring our unconscious beliefs about aging onto the table where we can look at them.

Then we can change those ideas that do not serve us.

I think most of us are surprised, aging sneaks up on us.

We don't expect it, but we create it nevertheless.

#. Practising Earth, Air, Water & Fire:-

I am finding any of the spiritual purification techniques make me tired. I can feel uncleanness coming out. I need to rest afterward.

In front of the fire, I start to feel a bit yuk. I don’t get enough time by the fire. I try for one hour per week.

When I do a retreat I sit by the fire or lie, for the whole time. At the Immortality Centre of Australia I had my air rebirthing & water rebirthing retreats and was by the fire for ten days each time.

I made live videos at the time, where I shared how I felt. I was confident that I was a new person.

By the fire, my whole being seemed to settle in for a great cleansing. It made me stay pretty still, and it was a ten day meditation retreat.
