Everyone is talking about peptides right now…

But today’s webinar got me thinking.

What if living longer isn’t actually the goal?

What if the goal is being able to get out of bed easily at 80.

Walk the dog.

Travel.

Play with the grandkids.

Work in the garden.

Enjoy life.

One of the things discussed today was carnosine — a naturally occurring dipeptide that’s been researched for decades in areas relating to recovery, performance, healthy ageing and cellular health.

The science is incredibly interesting.

But what excites me most isn’t the science.

It’s helping people stay active, mobile and capable for longer.

Because having more years is one thing.

Having more life in those years is something completely different. ❤️

The last few weeks I’ve been working on something quietly behind the scenes.

As most of you know, everything I do through Essential Health & Wellbeing sits in the healing and recovery space, so it has to align with that.

Recently I came across something that really caught my attention — not just because of the health side, but because of the global infrastructure and timing around it.

It’s still very early here in Australia, and right now I’m putting together a small founding circle while things are still in the positioning phase.
