❄️WINTER WELLNESS CHALLENGE ❄️
Ready to stay motivated, consistent, and connected this winter? Our Winter Wellness Challenge kicks off on June 1st and runs all month long — designed to keep you moving, feeling good, and showing up for yourself 💙
✨ How it works:
• $160 total (4 weekly payments of $40)
• this membership allows UNLIMITED classes (including all yoga, meditations, and pilates classes for the whole month)
• FREE for all current members 🙌
• Enjoy unlimited yoga classes for the entire challenge
This challenge is all about consistency over perfection. Each participant will have their own in-studio scorecard to track sessions and celebrate progress along the way.

💫 Weekly Motivation:
• Attend at least 2 classes per week to be entered into that week’s prize draw
• Complete the optional mini weekly challenge for a bonus entry
• A winner will be drawn each week 🎉

🎁 Weekly Prizes:

5️⃣ things I’ve learned as a yoga teacher so far …

1. don’t put yourself on a pedestal; you don’t need to be able to do every single pose, or be able to do every flow seamlessly, you’ll have students in your classes that have practiced yoga longer than you have, it’s not a competition so put the pride aside and take it as inspiration or a chance to learn something new

2. your style won’t be for everyone and that’s okay - don’t try and fit to what everyone else wants, find the style that feels most authentic to yourself and your collective will build over time. I’ve made the mistake to put on class styles at people’s request and I end up not loving it and 8 times out of 10 the people that have requested it won’t always show appreciation

3. don’t advise what you don’t know - some people might assume that as a yoga teacher you live and breathe holistic health, if you haven’t done the study don’t give the advice - it’s okay to tell someone that somethings are out of your scope of practice.

4. just because you love yoga it doesn’t mean it won’t feel like work sometimes - just like any job there’s days that seem longer, harder, and (I’ll just say it) not enjoyable. That doesn’t mean you don’t love it, it just means that you’re human and too much of anything (even yoga) can feel draining - just find a few little things that work for you to make these days a bit easier…showing up earlier to have some time to yourself, sitting outside the studio while the students arrive to avoid the small talk, whatever it might be

5. following on from no.4 - you are a HUMAN BEING … every single human emotion can still touch you - being a “yogi” doesn’t make you immune to anxiety, depression, anger, loneliness, feeling lost or unsure, body image issues… I used the feel like a fraud when these feelings would come up because I felt like I had to have it all together - this is a time to practice what you preach; listen to your body, rest if you need it, take time to breathe, acknowledge these thoughts and feelings and use the tools that you’ve learnt to get through it 🤍🤍🤍

If you need any more convincing, here’s just a few reasons you should start your yoga journey 🦋

It’s no secret that I love yoga - and to be honest I try really hard to not pressure people into starting yoga out of fear of being marked as a walking sales board for my business, but in all honesty I could talk your ear off about how good yoga really is for the WHOLE person (body, mind, and spirit)

Just one of these benefits is reason enough to start - for me, number three is a big one 🤍
