Finding the right support can be hard, especially when you’re not sure where to start.

👉 The Mental Health Integration Hub offers short-term practical mental health support, information and advice, help navigating mental health services and referrals and connections to other services.

The Hub hosts a range of free community services each month.
📍Peacock Centre, 10 Elphinstone Road, North Hobart.

In September, you can access support at The Hub from:

• Anglicare Mental Health Recovery

The Hub is open to anyone in the community aged 15 years and over, including their families and support networks.

You do not have to be linked with mental health services to ask for or receive support. You can walk in – no appointment or referral required.

The Hub is free and available from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Great news everyone! Clinical Psychologist, Dr David Bakker is running the popular Tuning Into Teens parenting programme between 9am and 12pm on Saturday 2nd May.

This programme is very popular and a couple of last minute spots have become available! Rebates apply for this with a valid Medicare referral. NDIS also covers this for parents with an eligible child plan.

This programme teaches parents the skills to help them identify, regulate and work with developing emotions in adolescence. It’s suitable for those parents with children aged ten and over and is also suitable for parents of children who are neurodivergent 🙌
