When Dr Tim was 6 years old he fell off his skateboard and needed stitches in his face. He remembers the white, cold, clinical feel of small hospital his parents took him to. The weight of his father pressing down on him and the doctor yelling at him to be still. 😢

Today, Dr Tim is our Emergency Specialist treating little patients. But everything's different now.

Gone is that cold, scary environment. In its place? A warm, nurturing space where children feel safe and cared for during procedures. Where all our staff are ready to make your little one feel at ease from the moment they walk through the door. 😊🧃👶🏻

HEAL Specialist Urgent Care is proud to be the on-site first aid provider for this year’s event at Dungog Common on 18 September 2026.

Our team will be there to provide expert first aid, clinical triage and rapid assessment if something goes wrong on the day. If an injury needs more than first aid, we can also help arrange direct referral to HEAL for priority follow-up and specialist treatment.

The focus is simple: helping riders, parents and schools enjoy the day knowing experienced clinical support is close by.
